We used natural materials throughout to reflect the beautiful surroundings such as oak and slate floors for the interiors, and larch wood and slate finishes for the walls and roofs on the exterior. The living space was light and spacious and came complete with a wood burning stove and bi-fold doors to the outside. The spacious Shaker-style kitchens were designed in grey and white and boasted chunky quartz worktops and high quality appliances including Neff ovens. With open plan dining areas for entertaining and a large lounge area with wood burner for kicking back, these homes truly epitomised relaxed Cornish living.

"We purchased a new build house from Green and Rock as a holiday home for ourselves and with a view to renting it out to others. Green and Rock were supportive and helpful during the course of the transaction and throughout the following year when there were, inevitably, some minor snagging issues. These were dealt with quickly and without question. The quality of the construction is high, with good insulation throughout and an efficient air source heating system. Attention has also been paid to ensuring the interior finish adds to the character of the house, in particular the use of wooden and slate flooring. Feedback from our holiday guests about the house has also been uniformly positive and we are enjoying a good return.”
